Kathy Deborah Jones, 61, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Hock Family Pavilion in Durham.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late Drewery Thomas Jones Sr. and Christine McGarr. She was of the Baptist faith and worked at Homecare in Oxford for many years.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Eakes Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Eddie Mauldin. Burial will be private.
Surviving are her son, Brian Keith Salisbury (Christina) of Lexington; a granddaughter, Haven; three grandsons, Ethan, Noah and Jared; three sisters, Julie Rogers of Henderson, Linda Sharon and Patricia Mangum, both of Oxford; three brothers, Drewery Jones, Jr. of Stovall, Lewis R. Jones of Warrenton and Bobby Jones of Oxford.
Visitation will held prior to the memorial service from 12:30 – 2:00 P.M. January 3, 2016 at Eakes Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her sister, Linda Jones Sharon.
